These brown marble Kukui nut leis have 32 polished seeds strung on brown ribbon and are 36" in length. Historically speaking, Kukui nut leis were worn frequently by chiefs in Hawaii. Kukui nut leis are the preferred Hawaiian lei for men. It is common for Hawaii locals to have a nut, seed or shell lei on hand to wear on special occasions such as a wedding.
