We provide free USPS Priority shipping in the continental United States for orders over $75.00 excluding taxes. Not applicable to International or Express shipping. Big boxes such as bulk leis or large quantities of fabric ship best method. Wholesale shirts are assessed a 30.00 Flat Rate Shipping Surcharge.
 

USPS Priority Mail service offers quick and secure shipping and handling of your products. Free Priority Mail shipping will be applied during checkout. On average, packages are delivered within two to four days after ordering.
 

Even if your order is less than $75.00 we provide fast and efficient shipping through USPS Priority Mail Service, starting at $5.50 Once you have added items to your shopping cart; simply select your preferred shipping method and click the "Calculate my shipping" link, enter your address and the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed before you check out.

Express Delivery is a great choice for last-minute orders. Express Delivery fees start at $16.50 (1/2 the cost of FedEx or UPS)
 

Express orders placed before 3:00pm PT Monday - Friday and Saturdays before 12:00pm PT ship same day. Orders placed after the deadlines and on Sundays ship the next business day. Most orders are delivered Next Day, but some locations may take 2 days so we recommend that you verify USPS Express commitments when selecting Express shipping

International shipments have a 20 lb weight limit or about 8 to 10 apparel items (that's all we can fit in the shipping box).

If you intend on placing a very large order, please contact us prior to ordering. We offer Flat Rate shipping for just $35 USD (20 lb weight limit). Hawaiian shirts weigh on average 16 ounces each and fabrics* average 8 ounces per yard.

*There are length limitations, if you ordered fabric that is on a roll we will choose the best possible method to ship.
 

Recipient is responsible for any duties or customs fees. Orders are shipped as gifts and declared value is reasonably low.

International orders placed on-line may require additional verification. If we feel that an order is questionable we will ask the card holder to fax us credit card information for verification purposes. This is done to protect card holders from fraudulent purchases.

If you pre-ordered a shirt by itself we will ship by the advertised date or sooner. If you purchased in-stock items and a pre-order, we will ship the in-stock items and ship the pre-ordered item when it becomes available at no additional cost. If we feel that the order is within a few days of complete fulfillment we may hold the order, that is unless you told us that you were in a hurry for the other items.

Large corporations, government agencies, educational institutions or non-profit organizations, may have budgets they need to use before the end of the year. If you have not depleted your allocated dollars for this fiscal year, we will accept deposits that can be applied to purchases from Wave Shoppe Hawaiian Shirts during the following fiscal year.

Please double check your Deliver To address when you place your order. USPS does a very good job getting Hawaiian shirts to our customers but we suggest that you do not ship to any hotels or motels, they do not accept street service and will refuse the delivery and USPS will return it to us. Having said that, we will attempt to notify you that your package was undeliverable. Your purchase will also be refunded back to you, less the shipping fee, and you will have to re-purchase.

Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the original date of purchase to qualify for an exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Items returned washed, used or past the 30 day period will be returned.

If you purchased the incorrect size, simply return the product. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship you the size that you specify. Customer is responsible for shipping of the item to be exchanged and Wave Shoppe pays the shipping for the replacement. We recommend that you use U.S. Mail for returns.
 

Refunds are processed after we have received and inspected the returned product. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for refunds to be processed and posted. Refunds will only be posted to the original purchasers account.

Please note that if you are returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, the return could mean that your original order may no longer qualify for free shipping. Example:  You purchased 2 shirts totaling over $75 and received free shipping (we paid it for you). Now if you return one of the shirts for a refund, your original order is no longer over $75. If that's the case we will withhold from your refund the shipping fee that we originally paid.
